Instructors: Nancy Brossard & Mary Lou Reid

This Bluseedlings session will consist of two projects: a 2-day workshop in acrylic painting, and a 3-day workshop in creating/designing your own 3-D totem or chair, which you will then paint!

Instructors: Nancy Brossard, an award winning oil painter, paints in the plein air style and all seasons are represented in her landscapes. Nancy is a BluSeed board member and a 10-year member of the Adirondack Artists Guild.

Mary Lou Reid is a renowned local artist/musician who has been teaching pottery and drawing for over 20 years, was featured as a solo artist in Bluseed 2007 “If Walls Could Sing” gallery exhibit, and is former owner of Chickadees Studio. Mary Lou is also a member of the Adirondack Artists Guild.

Bluseedlings is the BluSeed Studios creative arts program for children. The program is designed and developed to inspire children to explore and discover art through creative projects in clay, drawing and painting. The program seeks to develop and strengthen creative skills, build self-esteem and confidence, develop a sense of individuality, encourage self-expression, and stimulate imagination in children.
