Exhibit: ’07 – “Stealth Towers”

 

Peter Seward…"Stealth Towers" A series of landscape paintings documenting real and imagined cell phone towers disguised as sacred icons. Ubiquitous in the modern landscape, Stealth Towers both serve and surveil us. Seward paints in watercolor and oil, to explore the themes around the artifice of technology, in this case communication infrastructure.
